How the discretion promise works
We know privacy matters. Parcels leave our warehouse in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents, and the courier's paperwork lists only a neutral parcel description. Payments are processed under a discreet billing name so nothing revealing appears on your bank or card statement. Even our returns process keeps the same plain packaging on the way back.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of any order at any time from your account page.
